Salt marsh with path to the left

Salt marsh with path to the left (DC.84) is a 2007 drypoint carborundum print on paper, 24,5 × 35,5 cm, printed from a zinc plate. Salt-marsh landscape from above, with a path to the wad. Trial proof toward a second state. Horizontal drypoint lines to set the landscape in three planes.

The plate was pulled in 18 impressions in ochre, black, siena, brown, roodbruin, umber-brown-green, grey-umber, and grey-black. Each sheet is inked by hand; no two impressions are the same object.

Printed on Kupferdruck, Hahnemühle, 300 gram.
