Feather, stone, text (ET.49) is a 1998 photo-etching on paper, 41 × 40 cm, printed from a zinc plate. Two-colour print from two plates, with red text. A photograph of a feather on a stone, at such high contrast that it becomes abstract. Over it a red frame of notes, as in a sketchbook.

The plate was pulled in 2 impressions in blue-red and sepia-brown. Each sheet is inked by hand; no two impressions are the same object.
