Cloud, text, wad (DC.86) is a 2014 drypoint carborundum print on paper, 33 × 32 cm, printed from a zinc plate. A cloud study over the salt marsh, with text in the lower part of the image. The horizon disappears behind a low-hanging sky.

The plate was pulled in 2 impressions in ochre-brown and red-brown. Each sheet is inked by hand; no two impressions are the same object.

Printed on Kupferdruck, Hahnemühle, 300 gram.
