Lemon

Lemon (ET.58) is a 2023 etching on paper, 14,8 × 8,5 cm, printed from a aluminium plate. Three images in one, three plates in one print, three different methods. There are differences in how the plates were prepared, how the ground takes on the paper and was laid on the plate, and at which moment in the process the lemon was put on the plate.

A pièce unique: printed once, and irreproducible. The particular film of ink, the wipe, the pressure of this pull exist only in this sheet.
